  • 8 oz shredded chicken
  • 1/8 cup mashed avocado
  • 1/2 Tbsp paleo mayo
  • 1 Tbsp cilantro
  • 2 Tbsp thinly sliced green onions
  • 1 Tbsp lime juice
  • sea salt & pepper

Optional ingredients: chopped celery, walnuts, grapes, cranberries… whatever else you like!
