Ingredients with Hearts:

Meats:

  • 4.5 lbs chicken thighs, bone in (purchase around 5 lbs)
    • Remove 20% bones
    • Remove 50% skin from thighs
    • Weigh AFTER skin and bones are removed
  • 7 oz chicken liver
  • 14 oz. chicken hearts
    • Note: If you can’t source hearts, add 14 oz back in of thighs AND add 4000 mg (4 capsules) Taurine

Wet Ingredients:

  • 8 oz Bone broth or 8 oz water
  • 4 raw egg yolks
  • 4000 mg wild salmon oil (2 pumps)
  • 200 IU vitamin E (.5 ml)

Dry Ingredients:

  • 2000 mg taurine (2 capsules)
    • This is in addition to the taurine added if chicken hearts was not used
    • remove capsule
  • 200 mg vitamin B complex (1/2 scoop)
  • 1 1/2 tsp lite iodized salt
  • 4 tsp psyllium husk powder

Directions:

  1. Remove appropriate skins and bones.
  2. Cut up chicken thighs in pieces to feed through grinder.
  3. Mix together thighs, liver and hearts…then send all through the grinder.
  4. Mix remaining ingredients together and pour over freshly ground meats. Mix well.
  5. Spoon up servings and freeze.
